I started my journey as an environmental scientist with a master’s degree in horticulture from Cornell University. How then did I end up here?

I’ve always loved writing, and published three fantasy novels and a blog outside of my work. I then worked as a communications specialist for a greenhouse lighting consortium and discovered my love for design & writing for businesses. After working in the science field for another few years, I decided to become a freelancer and lean fully into content writing and creative virtual support.

Don’t worry, I still love science and help run an excellent garden and mini-homestead with my equally/more plant-obsessed husband.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me training in taekwondo, making elaborate cosplays, or spending time with my two dogs and husband in Colorado.
